I've tried the first three and can't figure out a solution. If I choose this option I am presented with some choices. But only windows 10 shows up as an operating system. Then a screen that's blank except for a background (that looks like a windows 7 style background) that says system recovery options.Īt this point it says I can 1) use recovery tools to fix problems starting windows. After it goes black, it shows the percentage again in a blue screen, goes to 89 and keeps doing the same thing over and over again. Microsoft doesn't let you delete many of the apps bundled with Windows 10, unfortunately. Right now it goes from 68 to 89 and then black screens. computer into sending bothersome error messages. First I get a screen that says windows is loading files. I started the reset last night at around 11:00 pm est, it is now been almost 12 hours and it hasn’t been completed yet. I tried to then attach my external drive that had my old windows 7 system on it that I used to migrate on to my new hdd with the hope of booting through that. And now o am just in a continual reboot loop I can't remember exactly what they were but I believe one of them was to restore to an earlier point. Upon first rebooting I came to a windows 10 looking screen that gave me a few options. Was stuck at "resetting this lc 2%" for over 12 hours and now I am in a continual reboot loop.
